Consultations

Your one-on-one consultation with Ash is where your Girl Gut journey begins. In this in-depth session, Ash takes the time to understand your full health picture: your symptoms, cycle history, gut concerns, relationship with food, energy levels and lifestyle. Nothing is rushed and nothing is overlooked. Using this foundation, Ash builds a personalised plan that is specific to you and your body, not a generic template. Depending on your plan, you may also receive follow-up consultation sessions to review your progress, make adjustments and ensure your program continues to evolve with you as your gut health improves.

Meal Plans

Your Girl Gut meal plan is built around you. Unlike generic plans, every recipe and food choice is selected with your unique symptoms, food preferences and health goals in mind.
