Girl Gut Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Girl Gut website or purchasing any of our services or products. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

About Girl Gut

Girl Gut is a women's gut health and nutrition service operated by Nutritionist Ashleigh Bott (BHSc), located at 1 Twenty First Avenue, Palm Beach QLD. Our website is www.girlgut.com.au.

Services

Girl Gut offers the following services and products:

• Subscription-based nutrition programs (Seed, Flourish, and Thrive plans)
• One-on-one consultations
• Digital eBooks
• Wellness events and retreats

All services are provided for general wellness and nutrition support purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please refer to our Disclaimer for further information.

Subscriptions

Our subscription plans are offered on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing to a Girl Gut plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing. Subscription payments are charged monthly in advance via Stripe or bank transfer (Australian domestic customers only). Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.
• Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@girlgut.com.au. Any cancellation received within 24 hours of your next billing date will still incur the full payment for that billing period. That payment is non-refundable.
• No Refunds. All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused portions of a subscription period, and payments processed during a cancellation notice period.

One-Off Purchases

This includes eBooks, single consultations, and event or retreat bookings.

• Payment. Payment is due at the time of purchase via Stripe or bank transfer (Australian domestic customers only).
• No Refunds. All one-off purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to digital products, consultations, and events regardless of whether the product has been accessed or the appointment or event attended.

Payment Methods

Girl Gut accepts payment via:

• Stripe (credit and debit card). Payments processed securely through Stripe. Girl Gut does not store your card details.
• Bank transfer (Australian domestic customers only). Payment must be received in full before services are activated or products delivered. Bank transfer details will be provided at checkout.

Digital Products

eBooks and other digital products are delivered electronically following confirmed payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided once access has been granted.

Wellness Events and Retreats

By booking a Girl Gut wellness event or retreat, you agree that:

• Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Your payment is non-refundable.
• Girl Gut reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, venue unavailability, or insufficient bookings. In the event of a cancellation by Girl Gut, you will be offered a credit or transfer to a future event.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Girl Gut website, including text, images, graphics, eBooks, meal plans, and program materials, is the intellectual property of Girl Gut and Ashleigh Bott. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when completing intake forms or booking services.
• Notify us of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medical history that may affect your program.
• Understand that our services are intended as nutritional support and do not replace the advice of a qualified medical professional.
• Use any information, meal plans, or recommendations provided by Girl Gut at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Girl Gut and Ashleigh Bott will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services, website, or products. This includes but is not limited to loss arising from reliance on nutrition advice, adverse reactions to recommended foods or supplements, or any interruption to services.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
